Services
My services are designed for individuals who want to slow down, deepen self-awareness, and build lasting trust in both their bodies and their inner guidance. If you are ready to understand the language of your nervous system, translate physical and emotional signals into clear, aligned action, and increase your nervous system resilience, this work can support you. Whether you’re navigating transition, seeking greater authenticity, or longing to feel more at home within yourself and your relationships, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Individualized one-on-one Services
Individual sessions are offered under my occupational therapy license and begin with a comprehensive screening and evaluation to better understand nervous system patterns and sensory processing as they show up in everyday life. Together, we develop an individualized plan of care and meaningful goals, drawing on approaches such as building a felt sense of safety in the body, interoceptive awareness, nervous system mapping, and various somatic practices to support regulation and holistic well-being. Progress is monitored and adjusted over time, with intentional discharge planning to support integration and skill carryover beyond therapy.

Small-Group Interventions
Small-group services are offered under my occupational therapy license and are designed to support nervous system regulation in a shared, supportive environment. Groups are intentionally kept small (3-6 clients) to allow for safety, attunement, and meaningful participation while offering the benefits of connection and co-regulation. Groups are ideal for those who have some awareness of their nervous system patterns or foundational regulation skills, and who are ready to explore skill generalization in a supportive community.
Here Now Program & Retreat Hybrid
This immersive four-week life coaching program and retreat hybrid spans two weeks virtual and two weeks in person, supporting holistic growth, nervous system regulation, and intuitive development in a transformative group setting. Groups are intentionally kept small (4–8 participants) to allow for meaningful connection, individual attention, and a supportive environment.

During the virtual portion, participants prepare for the in-person retreat by engaging in group education and discussion sessions, building rapport with others, and developing foundational skills in nervous system regulation and self-awareness.

During the in-person retreat, participants explore creative expression through art and music, engage in group energy work, mind-body practices, nature-based grounding exercises, and participate in healing rituals inspired by the elements (earth, water, fire, air). The retreat also includes a full day of reflective silence, providing space for deep integration and personal insight toward the end of the experience.

This program is designed for those ready to engage fully with themselves and others, fostering connection, insight, and practical skill integration in a supportive, experiential environment.
